1973  | Foundation of moulding technology
Knowledge and experience from hat manufacture create the basis for the Moulding Technology department.
1974 | Construction of the first moulding machines
On the basis of the successful start to three-dimensional textile moulding for lingerie and corsetry, we build special moulding machines in our own workshops.
1976 | Market leaders become our customers
In addition to the Schiesser company, for whom the first moulded textiles for lingerie and corsetry are manufactured, it is possible to gain further market-leading lingerie manufacturers as customers.
1978 | Moulding of cotton 
Mayser makes the breakthrough when, in addition to synthetic textiles, they are successful in moulding cotton articles which are resistant to washing.
1979 | Investment in a drier
A drier for finishing cotton textiles is obtained for the series manufacture of permanently moulded cotton articles.
1980 | Manufacture of umbrellas
Water-repellent textile is moulded and made into umbrellas.
1982 | Manufacture of lampshades
After intensive development work, it is possible to manufacture textiles for the furniture industry, in the form of lampshades. Before moulding, these textiles are coated in a bath, using a special recipe based on synthetic resin.
1984 | Creation of protectors for motor-cycling-wear
Mayser manufactures protectors for motor-cycling-wear by embossing and then stamping the pre-embossed foam.
1986 | Creation of shoe soles
Foam bound to textile is embossed and stamped for the shoe and leather industry.
1991 | New moulding machine for swimwear cups
A new machine is built in our own workshops for the manufacture of swimwear cups from foam bound to textile.
1999 | Moulding of suspensories
Mayser uses special designs to extend its range of forms and moulds suspensories of men's underwear and swimwear.
2001 | Seamless underwear
We manufacture seamless underwear by means of a patented pressing process. Slips and lingerie are welded using ultrasound technology. The made-up lingerie is then moulded.
2003 | Moulding of spacer materials
Through intensive development and conversion of moulding machines, Mayser implements the moulding of spacer textiles.
2004 | Purchase of a silk screen machine
Obtaining a silk screen machine extends the moulding technology machine park.
2007 | Tenter for finishing textiles
New tenter extends the possibilities for textile finishing and coating.
2008 | New machine for the creation of foam cups
Extension of the machine park through the purchase of a machine for the manufacture of foam cups.
