Pads and inserts

Foam (EVA, PU, PE) is adhesion-laminated with textile, and embossed, or punched for various applications. Project-specific tooling enables a wide product range.

Bra inserts

Preformed foam inserts are used as re-usable nursing pads. These are washable, do not slip, have high moisture absorbency, and are kind to the skin and environmentally friendly. Further applications for these inlays are to prevent attracting unwanted attention, and to prevent the nipples from being rubbed by the textile.

Suspensories

We make suspensories out of form-cutted PU-foam in multiple shapes and sizes for underwear and sports articles.

Orthotic pads

For orthotic use, we manufacture foam pads laminated with textile, either embossed or punched.

Other pads and inserts

We manufacture shoulder pads, shoe insole, inserts for cycling hose, as well as padded surgical patches.
