Finishing of 100% cotton

We finish out natural fibres for permanent moulding using a low or no formaldehyde recipe, up to a material width of up to 1.85 m. The moulded textiles of 100% cotton, viscose, or silk remain stable in form even after frequent washing. Our recipes comply with Öko-Tex Standard 100.

Functional textiles

Impregnation with additives gives textiles new properties such as water repellence or absorbance, electrical conductivity, or UV-resistance. The maximum treatment width is 1.85m. In the rotary print process, partial coatings (e.g. in dot form) are applied to textiles by means of templates. The addition of aroma materials gives textiles individual fragrances

Textile design

The same process applies individual colour prints, e.g. logos, to textiles.
